Asked by
Hi, my landlord is terminating early the tenancy agreement of two years after only 4 months due to new owners' desire to stay in the flat. The flat was being marketed for sale at the time of the contract signing, but it was agreed that prospective buyers will assume the tenancy agreement in an event of a sale.

I want to know my rights as a tenant and fair market compensation for terminating tenancy agreement early.

Dear sir/madam,

Enforcement of the tenancy agreement signed will need to be done by a legal professional therefore it is encouraged that you appoint a lawyer and discuss with your lawyer on any terms and conditions you may wish to seek in the premature termination, along with your tenancy agreement.
