Hi,
My landlord is not returning my deposit.
We have excercised the diplomatic clause as I have lost my job and after a period of 1 year and 2 months.But he considers it a break lease.
He is not willing to return my deposit.
Can I complain to the police regarding this?What is the correct legal path?
