Hi, my husband and i are planning to buy resale flat after several unsuccessful attempts to get BTOs and flats from the Sale of Balance Flats exercise. However, the COV some owners are asking is really too high for us. We are looking for 4rm flat. Question is, are there resale flats with no COV available?

0 COV is not easy to find. however there are units going for below 20K cov (not near MRT)
