Hi,
Its possible but do note a 7% ABSD applies on 2nd property and you can only use OA in excess of the CPF minimum sum. You can obtain max 80% loan as your hdb is fully paid off.
Another option could be to sell the hdb and purchase 2 condos on your individual names. One at Sengkang for stay, another at a growth region for potential capital appreciation gains. That way ABSD is avoided and more CPF OA can be utilized.
