Hi, my friend recently paid a COV of 40k for her resale unit, and am going onto her 2nd appt. In view of the falling hdb prices, could she have room to renegotiate the hdb resale price? :( Will appreciate if anyone could provide any legal advice. Thank you

The answer is nope. As the option had already been signed, so she just have to count herself unlucky. Regards Aaron 97308455  aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg Read More

Morning, The clear answer is "Not Possible". Transaction which was done earlier, based on the signed OTP will stay as it is. Would buyer be happy if seller ask for more money from buyer, since the COV amount have gone up, from the date of signing the OTP? I believe that's the logic and purpose of contract.
