Hi,

My fiancee and I are looking for either HDB maisonette/5 rooms HDB flats (4 bed rooms required) instead of looking into BTO flats/sales of balance flats which too much uncertainty are in placed due to the balloting etc. We sincerely hope to look into available flats around West of Singapore (Bt Panjang/Choa Chu Kang/ Bt Batok - preferred in accordance from left to right). There may be a lot of questions we have not gone through before posting this question, hence looking forward for a friendly real estate professional to advice us accordingly.

Thank you :)

Hi,

I do have a unit in Bukit Batok which you may consider. The price is attractive, but you will need to spend on renovation cost. You may wish to consider.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Good afternoon,

May I know if your only concerns are the number of bedroom available within the unit? Or more interested in the built-in area of the unit? Or maybe you are looking at location due to work or education institution for your child?
There are EM within Bukit Panjang, CCK and Bukit Batok estate. But for 4 bedroom 5 room flats, you might be limited to either CCK or Bukit Batok.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Hi

The first thing to do is to apply for a home loan. If you are a Singaporean you may apply for a HLE (HDB loan). If you are an SPR, you may ask for a IPA (in-principle approval) from a bank. These are not loan per se but an indication as to how much you can borrow.

You may write to gavin.ng@orangetee.com or call me at 9620 0827  . We can share with you the transaction process, financial cash flow, timeline and any question you may have on the purchase.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Correct me if I am wrong, are you looking for bigger house with 4 bedroom? Generally speaking, there isn’t much HDB with 4 bedroom, there are a few 5 room HDB/EM/EA with study room but it is quite rare.

I do know that Bukit Panjang have EM that have 4 bedroom for sale.

Feel free to contact me so that we can meet up and on discuss how I can help with this transition.

Thanks and Regards
