Hi, my fiance and I are looking at buying resale 3room HDB below 10yrs old. Appreciate any advice on availabilty of such flats. Thank you.

Hi Jessie,

HDB had stopped building the 3-rm flat about 15yrs ago.

It it not possible to buy any 3-rm flat less than 10yrs old.

Can you kindly let me know more about your requirement in terms of price and location?

Hi Ken, thank you for the clarification. However, just to clarify, I was surfing the HDB website and found some HDB transactions for 3 room with commencement date in 2003 (Clementi Ave 2). Found similar 3 room HDB transactions for Farrer Pk and Tanglin Halt as well. Wondering if these 3 rooms are <10 yrs old? Please advise.
