Hi.

My fiancé is Singaporean. (F; 25Y)
I'm a Malaysian. (M; 25Y)
My sister is a SG PR working in Singapore (F; 22Y)

My questions are:
1. Am I only able to purchase a 2 room BTO/ resell flat/ private properties with my wife?

I understand that I need to hold a LTVP prior to this BTO application and that the schemes we are eligible for are very similar if not the same as the scheme designed for singles. I also understand that my name will be listed as an occupier instead of a co-applicant.

2. Is there any way for me to include my sister's name in this BTO either as a co-applicant / occupier to make us eligible for a larger home? like 3/4 rooms instead of 2?

Your fiance can try to apply for HFE and input your sister to see check on the eligibility. My understanding is adding your sister in does not enhance the application. You will have more options if you go for resale units instead of sticking only to BTO.
