Hi my bro colleague works for MINDEF. His salary is 4.5k/month. He recently had booked a EC and it costed him 650k. His bank loan was approved for 25years. When his income is low with his wife not working at all How could he book a EC?? Is it really possible??

Morning Ms. Lim,

Have you enquired on how much cash and CPF he have pumped into the unit? Do you know how much is he's approved loan? Anyone can purchase a $1 mil property, with income of $5k, if they have enough CPF and cash.
