Hi Mr. Raja,

Whether or not one buying will change the Ethnic ratio is dependent on the overall number of units in your block, and the neighbourhood situation. Thus it is not as simple as you had expected.

The Max Ethnic limits are as follow for your reference:
Malays: Neighbourhood is 22%, Block 25%
Chinese: Neighbourhood is 84%, Block 87%
Indians & Others: Neighbourhood is 12%, Block 15%

It is not only the block quota, the neighborhood quota plays a part as well hence it is not so straightforward. Generally speaking the quota doesn't change for quite some time even with transactions in the block.
