Hi,

1) In terms of conveniency, flat type, pricing, your age is a good fit.
2) Your objective of leaving some start up fund for your kids for their future housing is still doable.
3) To your kids it is pure profit since it is you who contribute the capital.
4) Something to note is housing lease less than 30 yrs is not easy to get financial support from the bank. So your buyer group is very limited.

Hope the above answer your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
