Hi, Me & wife is Singapore PR . Due to Covid -19 my wife stay at Malaysia & difficult for her to back to Singapore at current condition. If I want to buy HDB flat when reach the stage when need to sign document by both of us how to settle this issues (Eg: Loan & HDB related documents )

Hi

You can use power of attorney to represent your wife for such issues. It is not impossible for an owner to perform sales and purchasing transaction whilst not being physically present in Singapore. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory consultation on this.

Hi,

She can appoint someone to purchase on her behalf by using Power of Attorney.. It only costs about $300+ to get it done and you/anyone that she appoint can sign all the legal documents on her behalf. When exercising the Option to Purchase, will need her to sign already. ( within 3 weeks upon giving the deposit in exchange for the Option To Purchase).
