Hi, me and my wife looking for a 2 or 3 br units at EC such as Prive and Riverparc residence. Understand that it has been reported to be sold out, but heard that there are occasions of drop-out cases due to eligibility issues, etc.

Hi Toh,

For such cases, it will be better to check with the developer direct as they have the best understanding of situation.

Yes,all the units in Prive and RiverParc are fully sold out..those units rejected by HDB were quickly grabbed by buyers once its back in the market..I have a new EC in Punggol launching soon,walking distance to Punggol MRT,expected to be a sell-out project as well.Kindly contact me if you are keen.Thanks
