Me and my husband are looking to buy a private property,we are both PR holders of SINGAPORE,and please take note that I have property oversea.
We have viewed and executive condo (THE QUITENT) at choa chu kang,it was constructed i 2006, its been 5 years therefore it will be put in the open market. We are just wonder are we still eligible to buy this condo, taking in considerations I have a property overseas and it was an executive condo.
