Hi Mdm Maggie,

Don't you agree that there are more people whom are interested in TOP rather then non TOP project? So project coming to TOP, the demand will be higher compare to non TOP project.

Hi Mdm Maggie

Subsale means you are buying directly from the 1st owner instead of the developer. And of course it makes more sense to purchase a unit before its TOP, because generally the price will increase the moment owners collected their keys.
