Hi Meena, As The Waterside is a freehold project, I would say that it will have fairly good holding value at least. Being 1 of the project that is on the outside of the Tanjong Rhu estate, it boasts to be the most accessible, where rental demand will also be better in comparison to other projects deeper in unless there is a specific view that tenants are looking for. With the amount of on-going and completed developments within the locality, I am quietly confident that it has healthy appreciation prospects at least in the longer run than 5 years. I am just curious why are you interested in this project as compared to others?
