Hi, May I know SPR eligibility or have chance to buy unsold EC?

Good afternoon buyer,
You have to purchase with a Singaporean in order to purchase a new EC.
For SPR household, you are not eligible to purchase new EC.
Alternatively you can opt for resale HDB, resale EC or private properties (condo/ apartments).
Perhaps you can share more with me so I will be in a better position to advise you further.
