Care to share more about your intention in cashing out from both properties?

1) eco

- you will not be subject to seller's stamp duty anymore but as you purchased it in 2012, there's a chance that you might not breakeven. Just based on SRX value, its lower than your purchase price but nevertheless i will check on the bank indicatives from various banks tmr and and advise you further.

2) bayshore

    Thanks for the reply, i paid ABSD for eco, so i will have refund for selling either 1 or 2 of the properties. Im not gonna sell at a loss. i have holding power. I can rent out eCO.

    Bayshore unit is due for renovation. i can renovate it and rent out or i can sell as it is. I can also move in there to stay. Its Tower 1B, #03-07, pool facing.
