I'm afraid you may have to increase your budget slightly north for Waterview. I am familiar with that development and know that it is unlikely to land you a deal. I also happen to be from the developer side of The Santorini (under construction down the road) and this is soemthing you may wish to consider. 2BR of spacious size going for well under $800k, after 10% discount. This is only possible due to the weak market sentiments. You may perhaps want to just have a look at the development to rationalize if it fits into your objectives and requirements.
