Normanton Park is a condo is 99 year leasehold condo. the purchase price for 3 bedroom is around 1.3 to 1.5 depending upon the size or built in area. The average rent for a 3 bed unit is 3500-3800. Coming to the mortgage calculation, first it depends on whether it is your first property or second. The calculations are different. The rentals should support the mortgage loan definitely.
