Every buyer wish to buy low and seller wish to sell high.
Very much is dependant on your available finances to secure a unit of choice, especially so when you hope to find the units near MRT.
In addition, what is going to happen 5 years down the road, no one can predict accurately, Buying a HDB is not exactly an investment where you will make big money from reselling, especially so if you will be buying another unit after selling.
