Hi, keen in purchasing an 3bdrm condo. Sunglade, Sunville, Compass Heights. Budget is SGD600k.

Hi JL,

I have 2 units at Compass Heights, 1292 sq. ft and 3-BRs. Unfortunately your budget of $600K is not possible at this location. I am not sure on the other 2 properties.

Compass Heights 3-BRs are looking at $700K ~ $740K.
