Hi,
I've bought a resale HDB flat, my 2nd appointment on 01 Aug. Any idea can i ask the seller to repair the toilet floor before they move as it's leaking.

Should i ask seller to repair before they move out or i can repair during my renovation and claim back from them?

Morning,

Your salesperson should be there to assist you. Why waste your time hunting for answers? HDB should have done the required inspection. If they have missed out on it, check with the HDB branch office and get them to assist.
