Hi, it's me Rom. I just got my PR last year and I'm planning to get myself a place of my own. Since I'm still single and not eligible to buy an HDB unit, I don't have a choice but to buy a private property. I don't mind getting a studio unit but not smaller than 750sf from $350K to $400K or a 2+1 not smaller than 1,000sf from $400K to $430K. Depending on which location of course. I asked the bank how much they can loan me, they said that they can only loan me up to $300K to $350K. So I was hoping that I could find one that wont cost more than $430K.

    I was hoping to find one at the East but not all the way to Tampines or Pasi Ris. North aroungd Bishan, AMK, Yio Chukang. Or in the West but not farther than Bukit Batok. Thanks.
