Hi,

If you are looking at brand new launches in Punggol in 2014, you probably may have to wait till the 3rd or 4th quarter next year. 2 new EC sites were awarded on 2nd August 2013 so theirs launches will likely fall in that period. You can refer to this HDB link (http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10330p.nsf/w/LandDevMangGovtLand) for the location maps of the sites.

Another option for you (just a suggestion) will be to go for the remaining units in either Ecopolitan or Waterwoods once your MOP is up in January next year.
