1) The loan amount is dependent on your income and not the type of flat.
2) The next is the market value of the flat that you desired for.
3) If this flat is valued at or above $573,333, then you will be able to get the loan you wished for provided your monthly income support this amount of loan.
4) Note that the MAS instructed all financial institute to follow the MSR calculation. Your pay should be around $7,800 in order to be able to get an HDB loan of $430k.
