Hi,

If you are below 55 years old, and have not used CPF for other properties, the CPF withdrawal limit is kept at 120% of the valuation or price (whichever lower) and that is the max you can withdraw.

Hi,

1) There is a withdrawal limit for a property, which is 120% of the value.
2) It does not mean you can withdraw up to 120% to purchase a property.
3) It is assumed that we fully utilize the CPF for a property purchase. You will notice that we can use up to a maximum of 95% for payment if not using any loan and 5% must be in cash.
4) For those that need a mortgage loan from a bank, other than the 20% down payment. Most people will utilize the CPF fund to service the mortgage. Thus you can only utilize up to 120% rather than unlimited withdrawal.
5) If you are referring to maximizing the fund under your OA for the down payment, then there is no limit on it.
