Hi,

Yes you can for units at 99 leasehold.
You can consider areas like yishun, woodlands and maybe bedok pasir ris.
As for Freehold development at that price range, you might consider walkup apartment, but i do not have something in mind at the moment.

Freehold maybe a challenge for 3 bedroom property of decent size.

I do have a 3 bedroom unit in Woodsvale for sale at $820k. Near to MRT and high floor. Open view and bright but it is a 99year leasehold project.
