Hi, I'm working in China for 3 years and returns to Sg in 2017. Few questions :

1) Can I buy a resale HDB flat (~ 3 rbr)this year and rent out?

2) I do not have any payslip in Sg but my company and myself still contribute to my CPF, so is the CPF contribution statement / IRAS tax substitute my payslip to justify income < SGD 5K?

3) After purchase of 1st HDB, if I buy wish to have 2nd Private property, apart from 25% cash DP and 50% bank loan, any chance that I can use CPF to top-up the bal 25%?

Evening,

If you are SC, you can apply to rent out your unit, along with the necessary evidence indicating that you are working overseas. As for the mortgage, you can get your company to write a letter, indicating your employment status, pay and other details. Along with your CPF contribution statement, banks are likely to access your case as well.
