Hi, I'm thinking of buying an inter terrace since the private property market is low now. I'm currently staying in a 5 rm HDB resale flat (my 2nd purchase). My own parents & siblings are also staying with me. We (about 4 - 6 of us) thought of combining our CPF to purchase the terrace. I also intend to sell my HDB flat. Please advise whether we can do so.
