Hi, Im thinking of buying an EC since I'm eligible and I did my IPA and my budget.There are a few unsold EC units within my budget.I was thinking if should I wait for the new launches which will be coming up in a couple of months or just go ahead and get the current leftover units since it will TOP earlier?will the new upcoming launch ECs be more expensive than the existing ones?

Hi, the new launch of EC could be of the same pricing or even lower. If you are able to wait, then going for a newly launch project would be a better choice. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Ans1: The wait for the new EC launch may be a few months, but the wait for the TOP may be a diiference of 1-2yrs, it depends on your waiting time threshold to have a decision on this query.

Qn2: will the new upcoming launch ECs be more expensive than the existing ones?

Ans2: I would think so, as so far EC land bid prices are equal or more expensive than the current marketed ones. Also, it is likely that developers will be designing smaller units to offset the MSR/TDSR loan measures. You will need to decide on your preferred apt type and location to make the best decision.
