As of this moment, you can purchase under public scheme with your father. This is provided that you are SC and that your father is SC or PR. If your father is neither SC nor PR, you can purchase under non-citizen family scheme. Your father would be required to be the essential occupier for the unit purchase.
However, once you are married, you will form a family bond with your non-citizen spouse. You will then have to purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen spouse scheme.
