Hi,

I'm single lady..looking for 3rooms flat @ Jurong Area (Bukit Batok, Jurong West & Jurong West Ext).

I got very little cash on hand, the cash canot more than 20k, and looking for the unit 6th storey above..simple renovation is fine for me.
Cov not more than 265k...

And I got my problem.. my income salary not fix...Long time ago has already apply HLE before, and get rejected by HDB...is rejected 2 times...

Is that any agent can give some advise or can serve my requirement??

Evening Teo,

I have checked through the available 3 room listing in Jurong West and Bt Batok. The lowest cash asking is at $20k, and there's on 2 such units. Most of them are going at $25k to $30k cash asking.
Now the tricky component is getting your HLE. Depending on which company you are working for, you can request for an employment letter, to indicate your average monthly gross salary and length of employment. This should be able to help you with the HLE application.

    My requirement is 3A or 3NG unit, early that forget indicate, sorry.

    I been work in my company close to 11yrs service length, but the problem is only a part timer position..I dun hve fix salary... if base on average monthly gross salary is more than 3k... but sometime every month did't meet that..And recently my company got re-structure.. this coming 2-3month get very little income..or will facing jobless, so if apply HLE (base on yearly will get rejected) bank loan (may not get it.. coz salary not stable)...
    Pls advise.
