Hi,

I'm looking to purchase a investment property in the current downturn (Not rushing into it though). I'm looking at properties with future capital appreciation and good rental yields in the region of >5% (to support the mortgage). Can anyone recommend properties that meet this criteria?

I was looking at Watermark@Robertson, Rochester and The Beacon.
