Hi I'm looking to buy a HDB flat with at least 1300sq ft. Location wise preferably near mrt, Food courts, and supermarket. I prefer it to be nicely renovated so that I don't have to do too much works on it. Will consider any part of Singapore. Any such property available? Thx.

Good morning,

There are units with living area of more than 120sqm within the reach of mature estate. Older 5 room flat, EA or EM are those that you can consider. However, some would prefer 3 bedrooms units while other are good with 4 bedrooms. Others might stay away from EM and prefer EA.
