Hi, i'm looking to buy a freehold property in district 9,10 or 11, at least 1000 sq feet in size, squarish layout, 2 bedrooms and my budget is SGD 1.5 million. This is for own stay. I will be renovating the entire place so the condition of the unit does not matter.
