Hi,

I'm looking of a condo 1km near MGS.
WITH BURGET OF 1.2MIL, which condo is best to look for?

Compare now 3rms at Garden vista 99yrs or 3rms at Cascadia, which is better to invest for own stay.

To be 1km near MGS I suggest you can look at Maplewoods condo. This is a freehold condo by Wing Tai Holdings. You can look at a 2 bedder with you budget. Please call me for further discussion at 97510768
