Perhaps u can consider a 2-bedroom at ESTA (asking at $835,000) with sea view and of 1,001sqf. Hopefully we can convince and get the unit at $800k!!!

One's Amber and Anchorage prices asking generally above $900psf-$950psf.

I suppose Novena/Newton prices are out of your range as well.

And for East area, maybe u want to consider ASPEN LOFT / St.PATRICK's LOFT ??
