In this market resale 4rm valuation ia already 330k-400k. Smaller units demands are high, therefore there is always COV involve about 20k-40k depend of the location/floor level/condition of the unit. It's hard to find 3rm to 4rm units at value now. But for 5rm there is possible to find at value. 1st timer grant is 30k and yes you can take hdb loan.
