I'm looking for a property in the Alexandra, Tiong Bahru area. I understand there are a couple of properties coming up in this area (eg. Alexis, Metropolitan, Ascentia Sky, Twin Regency, Regency Suites, The Beacon, The Regency).
1) With so many condos in the vicinity, do these condos have rental and captital appreciation potential in future? If so, which of these condos offer the best potential in terms of value and rental potential?
2) Are there any tenanted properties in this area with good yields?
