Hi!

I'm looking for a 3BDR condo (new or TOP2011 max) between 1,200 and 1600 sqf, at walking distance from the MRT (green line possibly). Low rise condos preferred, penthouse would work well too.

Any suggestions?

I have a just TOP, 3+1 brand new unit, 1313sqfts, high floor, pool view facing at Dakota Residences, 3 minutes walking distant to Dokota MRT. Let me know if u wish to view it.
