Currently Dakota Residences are commanding at average $1.3mil to $1.4mil. Perhaps if you can increase slightly your budget, i can let yourself know the 3bedders for sale.

i suggest you go for the upcoming new launch beside Dakota Residences because you must go for appreciation in value of the property
