hi, I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bdrm condo to buy, within walking distance to any mrt station, preferably for projects with top between 2008-2014, budget max 800k. Anyone could advise whether there are any units which fit my requirements?

May I suggest Boathouse Residences? It is less than 10 mins walk from Hougang mrt with many amenities around and near to well known school.

The price for 1 bedroom SOHO unit has since dropped from $680 to $615k only! The size is 624 sqft with high ceiling of 4.2m. TOP will be end 2014 next year.
