Hi,

I'm looking at One Shenton. When is it expected to TOP? Some say end-2010, Jan-2011 or Oct-2011.

Are there 2-BR units (900+ sf) available close to launch price of $1600-$1800? Not really worried about facing, flr or unit (except Chinese inauspicious numbers) etc? Looking for rental potential in the near term.

PS: I can wait. Not in the market for fire-sale unless a gem comes by.

Hi William, I have a owner that may sell her One Shenton 2 bedroom unit at around $2000 psf, that was close to the launch price taking into account other expenses to cover her minimum overheads. And yes, the rental yields there are steady in the range of $5000 to $7000 for a 2 bedder thereabouts. I have good corporate tenants ready.
