hi,

i'm looking around to buy a studio or 1 room for rental purposes, ideally walking distance to MRT and costing around 600-700k. would prefer current homes or those that would TOP by 2013-2014.

Hi, I have a unit at Boathouse Residences. 1 bedroom unit comes with a spacious area of 624 sqft, with high ceiling of up to 3.5m. Asking is only 645k and TOP is end of 2014.

It is about 10 mins walk from Hougang mrt, with many amenties and good schools nearby. Cheers!
