If you're talking about reasonable prices, it should fall under the category of between $930-$1000. This price is expected to increase since it going to TOP soon.
Like what the others mentioned, it's all dependable on the facing, stack and floor.

Hi Jessica,

Developer still have 4 units left at The Parc condo. I am marketing their balance unit. 2-BRs, 3-BRs and 4-BRs. The psf range from $1000 to $1100psf.
