Hi! Im going to rent a house in Bukit Timah Rd. condo. The rental fee is $3500/month.
The agency told me that I have to pay one month security deposit and two month advance rental fee, so it will be three months rental fee I have to pay.
As I know is it one month deposit and one month rental fee I need to pay when I make a contract?
If the rental fee is above $3000, do I need to pay agency fee or only the owner needs to pay the agency fee?
I will be thankful if you give me a reply.
Thank you!
