Yes, it should be good move to upgrade to condo this year since prices has dropped to low level.

There are very nice condo in the central, like Castle Green, 2-BRs unit at $550K to $600K range. There is a loving swimming pool in this property, and easy assessible (7 mins walk) to YCK MRT.
