HI i'm currently looking for a 4 room HDB. Hopefully in AMK as I will have parent grant. Corner would be best and high floor. Wonder if there for sale currently.

I'm low on cash so would not mind taking over those units that have trouble with money lenders or those that haven someone who passed away.
Hopefully to pay below value.

If there are this kind of units at Hougang, Bishan area can let me know too.
