Hi I'm a widower age 46 ..... WANs to buy two flat in any location ....my CPf I have around 50k & cash 90k ....
My bank loan rejected ,hdb loan decline coz my husband bought two flat ..... Since I'm not co owner that time I'm under occupant so they say I'm not eligible for hdb loan .... Pls help with a son in my relative place words sharing is harsh & abusive I just wans a roof under me.

Afternoon,

I don't really quite understand your question. Only SC are allowed to take HDB loan. Since you were the occupier, I would assume that your late spouse purchased the unit under single scheme. Bank have rejected your loan application because of bad credit record or insufficient income? HDB rejected your application because you are not citizen?

There are quite abit to clear up before I can advise further.
